Metrics Kordino is the social media management platform built by KORDINO SOFTWARE S.L. Agencies and brands use it to plan, publish and measure their content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok, and to report the results to their clients.
What the platform does
It replaces the spreadsheet, the shared drive and the half-dozen native apps an agency juggles to run its clients' social presence.
Planning
A monthly, weekly and daily calendar with every scheduled post. Drag to reschedule, and see the best times to publish, calculated from each account's own data.
Multi-network composer
One base text plus per-network tweaks, with a live preview of exactly how the post will look on each network before it goes out.
Scheduled publishing
Approved content is published automatically at the planned time. If a network fails, the post is retried and the user is notified.
Analytics
Followers, reach, impressions, engagement and per-post performance, with period-over-period comparison for every connected account.
Inbox
Comments and messages from the connected accounts in a single list, answerable without leaving the platform.
Reports
Scheduled PDF reports carrying the client's own branding, with an automatic written summary of what happened during the period.
Brands and permissions
An agency manages many brands; each client sees only their own. Permissions are granted per role and per brand.
Media library
Images and videos stored per brand, reusable across posts, with AI-assisted enhancement and generation.
Connected networks
Accounts are connected through each provider's official OAuth flow. The platform never asks for the password of a social account.
What Metrics Kordino does with a TikTok account
A TikTok account is connected by its own owner, from inside the platform, to see its metrics alongside the other networks of the same brand and to prepare videos for it. These are the permissions requested, and what each one is used for:
user.info.basic
The account's username, avatar and identifier — so the platform can show which TikTok account is connected.
user.info.profile
Public profile information (display name, bio, profile link), shown next to the account inside the platform.
user.info.stats
Follower, like and video counts. This is what feeds the growth charts and the client reports.
video.upload
Sends a video prepared in the platform to the account's TikTok drafts. It is NOT posted automatically: it arrives as a notification in the TikTok mobile app, and the user decides whether to publish it.
How the connection works

Authorise
The user connects the account through TikTok's own official authorisation screen. Metrics Kordino never sees or stores TikTok passwords.

Store the token
Only the access token returned by TikTok is kept, encrypted, tied to a single brand of a single agency.

Sync once a day
A daily job reads the account's public stats to build the charts. Publishing happens only when the user schedules a post.
And, just as importantly, what it does not do
- It does not read private messages, and it does not read other people's accounts.
- It never posts anything the user has not written and scheduled themselves.
- TikTok data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling.
- The data is used for one thing only: showing the account's own metrics to the person who connected it.
- The connection can be revoked at any time from Settings → Connections, or from TikTok itself. Removing it deletes the stored access token.
For reviewers
Metrics Kordino is a private tool: brand data is only visible to the agency that owns it, so the product itself sits behind a login.
